There are a range of ways you can pay for your treatment with us. Prior to admission, a full health fund eligibility check will be conducted with one of our admission team members.
Private Health Insurance
Before arriving at one of our clinics, you should check with your private health insurance whether your level of cover is adequate to cover your entire treatment.
Important notice regarding waiting period exemption for psychiatric care benefits:
The Federal Government’s private health insurance reforms now allows eligible consumers an instant policy upgrade to cover a private psychiatric hospital admission without serving a waiting period*.
The changes, which make it easier for policy holders to access mental health services when they need it, came into effect on 1 April 2018. More information can be found at:
*The waiting period does not apply to upgrades where consumers have already served their 2 month waiting period on lower cover policies.

Total payment (aside from any ancillary charges) must be made on admission. Please contact the hospital prior to admission for an estimate of fees and charges. As it is an estimate only, in the event of unforeseen complications or variations from the proposed treatment the cost may vary.
Medication inclusions note:
Medications related to your diagnosis are covered during your stay by your health fund. Additional medication not related to your admitting diagnosis can be ordered for you through our pharmacy service but will be at an additional cost.
To learn more about admission or treatment costs, please call our Easy Access Service at one of our locations to speak with a Senior Mental Health Nurse.
