How to Refer a Patient

General Practitioners may refer patients for admission to Berkeley Vale Private Hospital in one of two ways:

• By contacting the hospital directly to book the admission of the patient or,
• By contacting the consultant of your choice to agree to and arrange admission

During working hours phone (02) 4389 1970 and request to speak with the Admissions Clerk

All Surgical Admissions should be booked through our Pre-Admission Office by phoning (02) 4389 9465. The Pre- Admission Office is open between the hours of 9.00am – 4.30pm weekdays.

Specialist and General Practitioners are encouraged to inform their patients of our Pre-Admission hours

After 5.00pm and on weekends please request to speak directly to the In Charge Hospital.
